Commerce Teacher

A commerce teacher is responsible for educating students in subjects like accounting, economics, business studies, and finance. Key duties include preparing and delivering lessons, creating and grading assignments, assessing student progress, and providing academic guidance. A commerce teacher also stays current with industry changes and collaborates with colleagues to support student success. Core responsibilities

• Instruction: Prepare and deliver engaging lectures on commerce topics such as accounting, economics, business law, and marketing.
• Curriculum development: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and effectively teach core concepts.
• Assessment and evaluation: Create and grade assignments, exams, and other work to evaluate student understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Student support: Offer academic guidance and support to students, help them with problem-solving, and facilitate classroom discussions.
• Professional development: Stay updated on the latest developments in commerce and education, and participate in professional development activities.
• Classroom management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Administration: Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required information.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support student academic growth and development.

Skills and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commerce-related fields such as accounting, finance, and economics.
• Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teaching and collaborating with others.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
