Job Title: Commerce Teacher

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Bannerghatta ,Bengaluru
Department: Senior Secondary Section

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commerce Teacher to teach higher-grade students (Classes XI–XII). The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise in Accounts, Business Studies, and Commerce. The role demands effective lesson delivery, engaging teaching strategies, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, and other relevant Commerce subjects to senior secondary students.
• Plan and deliver engaging and concept-based lessons aligned with the curriculum (preferably CBSE/ISC/State Board).
• Prepare students thoroughly for board exams with regular tests, feedback, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and examinations.
• Maintain academic records and provide regular updates to parents and the academic team.
• Encourage student participation in commerce-related events and competitions.
• Collaborate with department colleagues for lesson planning and curriculum development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) with B.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in higher grades (Classes 11 and 12).
• Proficient in delivering Accountancy and Business Studies.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools is a plus.
