As a Collibra Developer at Persistent, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Data Governance, Collibra, and implementing compliance measures. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilize your 7+ years of job expertise in data cataloging, metadata management, Workflow Development, and taxonomy development using Collibra. - Demonstrate a proven ability to develop and manage Collibra workflows to automate governance processes. - Integrate Collibra with other tools such as Snowflake and Azure for end-to-end data management. - Implement PII tagging and compliance measures, along with hands-on experience in Reference Data Management (RDM) to ensure consistent data across multiple sources. - Apply your understanding of data governance policies, data quality, and policy enforcement methodologies. - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and data stewards to collaborate on data governance initiatives. The expertise you are expected to bring to this role includes: - Technical proficiency in Collibra Platform, including designing and configuring workflows, customizing assets, domains, and communities, and implementing data dictionaries, business glossaries, and data catalogs. - Experience in Workflow Development, such as building BPMN-based workflows and automating data governance processes. - Strong integration skills, including connecting Collibra with other tools like Snowflake, Tableau, and Informatica, and using Collibra Connect for API-based integrations. - Proficiency in scripting with Groovy scripts for workflow customization and utilizing Collibra REST APIs for automation and data exchange.
