Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a College Advisor located in Mumbai. The College Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance on college applications, advising students on their academic pathways, offering counseling services, and assisting with student financial aid. The advisor will also work closely with high schools to streamline the college admission process for students and support the organization's mission of empowering students.

Qualifications

• Experience with College Applications and Student Financial Aid
• Strong Communication and Student Counseling skills
• Expertise in Academic Advising
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
