Collections Support Specialist

As an Ops Support Specialist 5 at Citi, your role involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders. Your objective is to offer day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. **Responsibilities:** - Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues to provide efficient customer service - Identify opportunities for value-added products and services while complying with relevant laws and regulations - Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, and MIS indicators - Facilitate training and assist with staff questions within the department - Support a wide range of products and services - Assist with Lean and process improvement projects - Resolve complex problems based on best practices, escalating when necessary - Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations **Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Comprehensive knowledge of Dispute process - Ability to work independently and problem-solve - Willingness to work occasional weekends for support activities - Working knowledge of Pega and/or G36 functionality, CoB testing, and Trust Receipts (TRs) - Demonstrated analytical and mathematical skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - High School diploma or equivalent Please note that this job description provides an overview of the work performed, and additional job-related duties may be assigned as needed.,
