  Personal Loan / Unsecured Loan Call Centre Collections

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Bucket X / Writeoff Personal Loan portfolios

  through call centre operations
• Drive

  daily, weekly, and monthly resolution targets

• Monitor

  call quality, productivity, and adherence

  for collection executives
• Handle

  complex/high-value delinquent accounts

  and escalations
• Implement

  collection strategies

  to improve recoveries and rollbacks
• Ensure strict compliance with

  RBI guidelines, bank policies, and call protocols

• Coordinate with

  field collections, legal, and recovery agencies

  when required
• Analyze MIS reports and take corrective actions for performance improvement
• Support

  process improvement initiatives

  and reduce customer complaints

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  Bucket X / Hard Bucket Collections

• Excellent command over

  call centre collection processes

• Knowledge of

  Personal Loan products & delinquency cycles

• Team handling & performance management skills
• Good communication, negotiation, and objectionhandling abilities
• Working knowledge of

  collection systems, MIS, and dialer tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience from

  BFSI / NBFC / Banks / FinTech

• Prior exposure to

  unsecured loan collections (PL mandatory)

• Candidates currently managing

  call centre teams or large portfolios

• Female candidates preferred (DEI mandate)
