Job Description Collections Associate
Process: C1B First-party collections for a leading U.S. bank
Batch Date: 17th November
Responsibilities
* Call and remind customers about pending payments
* Follow compliance guidelines and maintain call quality
* Achieve daily/weekly collection targets
* Update system records accurately
Requirements
* SSC/HSC with minimum 6 months international BPO experience
* Good English communication skills
* Prior collections experience preferred
Salary & Benefits
* Without collections experience: ?22,000 ?35,000
* With collections experience: Up to ?38,000
* Unlimited incentives + training incentives up to ?10,000
* Centralized pick-up & drop (drop provided)
* Rotational week-offs (2 per week)
