Collection Officer (Pigmy)

Role Overview: As a Piggmy Collection Executive, your primary responsibility will be to collect daily deposit amounts from customers at their doorstep. You will also play a crucial role in promoting small savings schemes such as Piggmy Deposits, Recurring Deposits (RD), and Fixed Deposits (FD). Building strong customer relationships, ensuring regular collections, and supporting branch-level business growth will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Visit customers daily to collect Piggmy (daily deposit) amounts. - Maintain accurate records of daily collections and deposit slips. - Deposit the collected amount to the branch at the end of each day. - Promote other bank products like RD, FD, and Savings Accounts to existing customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure regular deposits. - Identify potential new customers for Piggmy and small savings schemes. - Ensure timely reporting and reconciliation of collection transactions. - Follow all compliance and cash-handling procedures as per bank policy. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred). Additional Company Details: The job type for this position is full-time and open to freshers.
