Job Description

As a Bkt Collection Manager in the Commercial Equipment portfolio, your role involves: - Managing a team of Collection Associates and Collection Officers to ensure efficient Bkt Collection, w-off recovery, and recovery on Loss on Sale. - Ensuring adequate manpower allocation to meet portfolio coverage as per CAPE norms. - Monitoring and ensuring 100% Mobile App usage and updating quality feedback/trails. - Specifically focusing on Non starters and revenue collection for effective recovery. - Identifying asset deployment opportunities and conducting meetings with delinquent customers. - Initiating legal actions for critical cases and ensuring repossession of assets in compliance with standard operating procedures. - Ensuring timely deposition of money without any delays. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving collection efficiency targets in a timely manner to deliver targeted performance. - Implementing effective cost management strategies. - Understanding and managing a healthy portfolio to drive successful outcomes.,
