Collection Executive (Two-Wheeler)

Job Description
The role involves handling EMI Collections Executive for Two-Wheeler Loans, following up with customers for pending payments, and maintaining accurate collection records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in loan collections, and be comfortable with both field visits and tele-calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for EMI / overdue payment collection for Two-Wheeler Loans
• Conduct field visits and make telephonic reminders for pending dues
• Maintain collection reports and update payment status in the system
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure timely payments
• Coordinate with the finance team for payment settlements and escalations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Loan / Credit Card / NBFC collection (Two-Wheeler Loan preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic Excel and documentation knowledge
• Willingness for field collection work when required

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
