Ascend Capital (Ascend Bizcap Pvt Ltd) is a rapidly growing NBFC headquartered in Jaipur, specializing in commercial electronic vehicle (EV) financing. Co-founded by alumni of IIT and IIM, Ascend Capital is at the forefront of the EV revolution. The company recently closed its Series A funding round, propelling its growth phase.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive at Ascend Capital. Located in Allahabad, the Collection Executive will be responsible for managing debt collections, monitoring credit control activities, communicating with clients about payment deadlines, and analyzing financial data to assess credit risks and collections performance.

Qualifications

Credit Control and Debt Collection skills
Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
Knowledge of Finance and Financial Data Analysis
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Previous experience in the finance or banking industry is advantageous
