Job Description

ob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Collection Officer to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure timely collections. Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls, visits, and emails. Maintain daily records of collection activities and update the system regularly. Negotiate and plan payment schedules with customers. Escalate complex cases to seniors or legal teams when required. Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets. Coordinate with internal departments for account reconciliation. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. 0–3 years of experience in collections or recovery (Banking / NBFC / Financial sector preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
