Job Description

We are a UAE-based international firm specializing in debt recovery and customer communication services. With our head office in Abu Dhabi and a branch in Chennai, we are now expanding our operations to Noida (Delhi NCR) starting July 2025. Be a part of our founding team in Noida and grow your career with a global company! Looking forward with below skills - Follow up on payment commitments and maintain records. Negotiate payment plans where necessary. Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution. Update system with call details and payment status. Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies. Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language). Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and problem-solving ability. Prior experience in BPO / Collection / Telecalling is a plus. Must be punctual and target-oriented.
