Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Tele-Collection Executive who can handle outbound collection calls and follow up with customers regarding pending dues. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi + Kannada / Hindi Only / Tamil, based on the requirement. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and outstanding dues. Explain due details clearly and professionally in the required language (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil). Maintain daily call logs and update payment status in the system. Follow collection scripts and adhere to company compliance guidelines. Handle customer queries politely and provide proper resolution. Achieve monthly collection targets and maintain productivity standards. Escalate complex cases to the team leader when required. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & Kannada / Hindi only / Tamil. Minimum 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling or collections (freshers can also apply). Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM records. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Should be punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.
