Location: Chennai / Mumbai / Kolkata

Job Summary

We are looking for a Collection Executive – Service to manage proposal preparation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups with private, government, and corporate clients. The role requires strong coordination skills, client communication, and timely collection of outstanding payments while supporting service-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and invoices to private, government, and corporate clients

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and documentation

Follow up with clients for timely payment collections

Maintain proper records of invoices, collections, and outstanding balances

Handle client communication related to billing, payments, and service documentation

Visit client locations as required for collections and coordination

Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards

Use MS Office tools for reporting, data entry, and documentation

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in proposals, invoicing, or collections

Exposure to dealing with private, government, and corporate clients

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Fast typing speed and strong documentation skills

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and collections
