Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Visits

   :
• Conduct regular field visits to assigned location (specific location in TN ) meet members and clients regarding overdue payments.
• Coordinate with Client directly to resolve payment /Service-Related issues and ensure timely recovery.

2. Client Relationship Management

   :
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Clients to ensure smooth communication and trust.
• Address concerns, disputes, or queries regarding payments or financial transactions.

3. Debt Recovery

   :
• Follow up with members for overdue payments and negotiate payment terms as needed.
• Create and implement collection strategies to meet recovery targets.

4. Documentation

   :
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with members, including payment agreements, disputes, and resolutions.
• Prepare reports on payment collection progress, field visits, and member feedback.

5. Compliance

   :
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations during field visits and collection activities.
• Handle member data with confidentiality and professionalism.

6. Travel Management

   :
• Plan and optimize travel schedules across Tamil Nadu to meet collection targets efficiently.
• Ensure proper reporting and travel expense management.

1. Team Coordination

   :
• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, Member Experience service, and Sales departments to escalate unresolved issues or disputes.
• Provide feedback and insights from field visits to improve collection strategies.

• Field Work Expertise

  : Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

  : Strong ability to engage with members, explain payment terms clearly, and handle disputes effectively.

  : Ability to persuade members to clear outstanding dues amicably.

  : Quick thinking and adaptability to resolve payment-related challenges in the field.

• Time Management

  : Efficient planning of field visits and collection schedules.

• Language Proficiency

  : Fluency in Tamil & English is essential

• Educational Background

  : Any Bachelors degree

• Technical Knowledge

  : Familiarity with collection software, CRM tools, and basic financial principles.

Work Environment:

• Extensive travel within Tamil Nadu.
• Field-based role with periodic office reporting.
• Targets and deadlines-driven environment with a focus on member satisfaction and timely collection.
