Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Analyst to join our O2C team for a 3-month tenure
The ideal candidate should have experience in KPI collection and be ready for immediate onboarding This position requires working the US shift (night shift), Main Responsibilities: Conduct KPI analysis and reporting within the O2C framework, Monitor accounts receivable metrics to ensure optimal cash flow, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve collection issues, Prepare monthly collection reports for management review, Engage with clients to facilitate timely payments, Analyze trends and propose actionable improvements in the collection process, Key Requirements: Proven experience in collections and accounts receivable management, Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and within a team environment, Familiar with KPI reporting and performance metrics, Nice to Have: Experience with ERP systems, Knowledge of the O2C process, Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, Background in finance or accounting, Other Details: This role is a temporary 3-month position, based in a dynamic team environment Candidates should be available to work US night shifts,
