Sabali Café is seeking a skilled and creative Sandwich & Salad Chef to join our team. This role requires precision, passion, and the ability to deliver fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes that match our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and cold platters to café standards

• Ensure freshness, hygiene, and organization in the cold kitchen

• Work closely with bakers and chefs for smooth service flow

• Contribute innovative ideas for seasonal and signature menu items

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cafés, delis, or restaurants handling sandwiches and salads

• Strong knife skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of garde manger techniques and dietary variations (veg, vegan, gluten-free, halal)

• Passion for fresh ingredients and elegant food presentation
