Job Title: Cold Calling Executive – Recruitment Sales Support Experience: 1–3 years Location: Chennai Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Industry: Recruitment / Staffing Company: Org Linked Job Summary: Org Linked is looking for a dynamic Cold Calling Executive to initiate contact with potential clients and generate interest in our recruitment solutions. The candidate will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle and must be comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to potential clients across various industries. Clearly communicate the value proposition of Org Linked’s recruitment services. Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings or callbacks for senior sales staff. Handle basic objections and maintain professionalism in every interaction. Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems regularly. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and engagement targets. Follow up on previous interactions to nurture interest and move leads forward. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in cold calling or tele-sales, preferably in recruitment or B2B services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident phone presence and active listening skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems. Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
