Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coil Winding Technician with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operating coil winding machines, troubleshooting winding issues, and ensuring high-quality output as per product specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing or electrical components environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain coil winding machines (manual, semi-automatic, or automatic) for producing coils as per design parameters.
• Set up machine parameters including tension, turns count, speed, and wire size.
• Interpret technical drawings, winding diagrams, and work orders accurately.
• Perform coil winding for various components including transformers, motors, chokes, and inductors.
• Ensure correct wire gauge handling, insulation layering, and termination techniques.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues such as wire breakage, misalignment, improper tension, and machine malfunction.
• Maintain records of production, material usage, and daily logs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Coordinate with QC, production supervisors, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong practical experience in coil winding operations (3–5 years mandatory).
• Knowledge of winding machines, tooling, fixtures, and jigs.
• Understanding of transformer/motor coil structure, wire types, and insulation materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications.
• Good troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics.
• Candidates with strong coil winding experience but other technical backgrounds may also apply.

Work Schedule

• 6 days working (if applicable).
• Shift-wise flexibility preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
