Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, fluent co-host to facilitate our live workshops alongside our industry experts. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication, engagement, and a great learning experience for our students.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Session Introduction:

    Start the session by introducing the expert and outlining the workshop title and agenda.
  • Facilitate Communication:

    Act as a bridge between the expert and the students, ensuring effective communication throughout the session.
  • Manage Student Queries:

    Collect and channel questions from the students to the expert at appropriate moments during the workshop.
  • Waiting Room Management:

    Oversee the waiting room, admit participants, and ensure everyone joins the session on time.
  • Session Flow Management:

    Ensure the session runs smoothly, maintains the schedule, and provides timely cues.
  • Provide Key Information:

    Share important updates and crucial information with participants as needed.
  • Support the Expert:

    Assist the expert with any additional requirements during the session.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in speaking is essential
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and ensure the smooth flow of live sessions.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to engage participants.
  • Prior experience in facilitation, hosting, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
