Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce developers to design, develop, test, and deploy complex projects on the Sales Cloud platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Apex, LWCs, Triggers, Integrations, and other Salesforce technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in Salesforce development.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities to maintain the overall quality of developed products.

Desired Candidate Profile

7.5-15 years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Sales Cloud Platform (SCP).
Strong understanding of Apex programming language and its application in developing custom logic for Salesforce applications.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development is desirable but not mandatory.
Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs or other integration tools.
