Cofounder with investment

Ricoz is a fast-growing startup redefining the future of commerce through tech-led distribution and retail solutions. We’re looking for a passionate Co-founder Investment & Chief Business Officer (CBO) to join our founding team.

In this role, you’ll lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO to shape business strategy, scale operations, and drive monetization across verticals. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the startup/investment ecosystem, deep business acumen, and the grit to build from 0 to 1.

You’ll be instrumental in expanding Ricoz across India and beyond while shaping our business model, product-market fit, and franchise scale.
