As a Senior Beverage Specialist & Trainer at Pokket Cafe Pvt Ltd, located in New Sangvi, Pune, you will be responsible for mastering the art of crafting traditional Filter Coffee, innovative Cold Coffees, and a variety of Teas. With over 10 years of experience in beverage preparation and craft, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency in every drink served. Key Responsibilities: - Expert Beverage Craftsmanship: - Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with a specialized focus on South Indian Filter Coffee, Cold Coffee Variations, and an assortment of Teas. - Ensure every drink meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. - Quality Control & Menu Innovation: - Maintain strict quality control over all beverage ingredients and final products. - Actively participate in developing and testing new beverage recipes and seasonal menus. - Training & Leadership: - Train, mentor, and upskill junior baristas and new hires on beverage preparation techniques. - Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive work environment. - Customer Service & Operations: - Engage with customers, provide expert recommendations, and handle customer inquiries professionally. - Manage inventory for coffee, tea, and related supplies to prevent stock-outs. - Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of all brewing equipment. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a Coffee Maker, Barista, or Tea Specialist. - Expertise in making South Indian Filter Coffee, various cold coffee styles, and different tea preparations. - Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and tea varieties. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service. - Leadership qualities and an interest in teaching and mentoring others. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
