As a Coding Instructor at Codingplants Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in empowering young minds with essential skills in coding, AI, game development, and STEM education. You will engage with students aged 6-16, fostering creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through interactive and project-based learning methods. **Key Responsibilities:** - Teach Coding & STEM concepts to kids in a fun, interactive, and hands-on manner. - Design, structure, and develop age-appropriate curriculum for coding courses. - Create engaging lesson plans, coding exercises, and real-world projects. - Conduct both live online & offline sessions as required. - Guide students in learning block-based coding, Python, Scratch, AI, robotics, game development, and web programming. - Stay updated with the latest EdTech tools, coding languages, and teaching methodologies. - Assess student progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with the team to innovate and enhance the learning experience. **Key Requirements:** - **Educational Qualification:** Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Education, or related fields. - **Skills & Experience:** - 2+ years of experience in teaching coding to kids (ages 6-16). - Strong knowledge of block-based programming (Scratch, MIT App Inventor), Python, Minecraft Coding, Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Game Development. - Experience in designing a structured curriculum for coding courses. - Familiarity with STEM, AI & robotics for kids, and hands-on project-based learning. - Excellent communication & classroom management skills. - Passion for technology, education, and child development.
