As a Coding Instructor & Curriculum Designer at Codingplants Pvt Ltd in New Delhi (Hybrid/Remote), you will be part of a mission to empower young minds with future-ready skills in coding, AI, game development, and STEM education. Interactive, project-based learning is at the core of our approach, fostering creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students aged 6-16. Your role will involve teaching coding & STEM concepts to kids in a fun, interactive, and hands-on manner while designing age-appropriate curriculum for coding courses. You will create engaging lesson plans, coding exercises, and real-world projects, conducting live online & offline sessions as needed. Guiding students in block-based coding, Python, Scratch, AI, robotics, game development, and web programming will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Education, or related fields along with 2+ years of experience in teaching coding to kids. Proficiency in block-based programming, Python, Minecraft Coding, Web Development, and Game Development is essential. Your strong communication, classroom management skills, and passion for technology, education, and child development will be key to ensuring student progress and an enhanced learning experience.
