Job Description

We're expanding our engineering team at SpotDraft and are actively hiring Software Engineers across both Backend and Frontend roles. Were looking for engineers who are passionate about building scalable systems and intuitive user experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving real-world problems, wed love to hear from you. Tech Skills Were Looking For: Frontend: Strong experience with React.js (or similar frameworks) Proficiency in TypeScript , JavaScript , and modern frontend tooling Experience with component libraries , state management , and performance optimization Backend: Experience with Node.js , TypeScript , Python , and/or Go Familiarity with PostgreSQL , Redis , and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) Understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices , and distributed systems General: Experience working with Git , CI/CD pipelines , and cloud platforms (preferably AWS) Comfort working in an agile, product-driven environment
