Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage academic and administrative operations for Pre-Primary and Lower Primary (KG to Grade 2).
Guide and mentor teachers to ensure effective classroom delivery and adherence to curriculum standards.
Plan and implement engaging academic programs and activities aligned with school objectives.
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management to ensure a positive learning environment.
Develop lesson plans, assessment methods, and learning materials.
Organize events, assemblies, and celebrations for the Pre-Primary & Grade 1-2 levels.
Ensure implementation of child-centered teaching methodologies.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate with
Any Degree . NTT,

B.Ed. / M.Ed.
(mandatory).
Minimum
5–8 years of teaching experience
in reputed schools, including
2–3 years in a supervisory or coordinator role
.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Passion for early childhood education and creative learning practices.
