Co-ordinator

We are seeking an organized and dynamic School Coordinator to oversee daily school operations, support staff, and ensure an optimal learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate academic programs and extracurricular activities.
• Support instructional staff in curriculum implementation and school policies.
• Manage schedules, student attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Liaise between teachers, parents, students, and school management.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and safety regulations.
• Organise meetings, workshops, and school events.
• Monitor student performance and implement intervention strategies.
• Oversee administrative tasks including record-keeping and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in school management or administration.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of educational policies and curriculum standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in educational technology and software.
• Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable).
• Prior experience working in diverse educational settings.
