eORB Solutions is hiring a smart, confident, high-potential early-career professional to support our Leadership & Transformation Division.
This role blends executive support, client communication, and strategic coordination. Ideal for someone intelligent, articulate, and eager to grow fast.

Responsibilities

Executive & Strategy Support

• Manage schedules, priorities, and follow-ups
• Prepare briefs, summaries, and strategic documents
• Coordinate leadership sessions and transformation programs

Client Coordination

• Act as a polished, professional first point of contact
• Manage client onboarding, scheduling, and communication
• Maintain a high-quality client experience

Sales & CRM Support

• Assist with discovery calls, proposals, and follow-ups
• Track leads and maintain CRM accuracy

Program & Operations

• Support workshops, coaching programs, and deliverables
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentation material

Ideal Candidate

• Self-driven with high initiative

Experience:

• Open to Interns, Freshers, and 0–3 years experience
• Any academic background welcome (Business, Psychology, HR, Communications preferred but not required)
