Job Description

Weekly performance analysis of all APAC countries with special focus on Win Revenue and Pipeline generation

Delivering executive level Select Account analysis on a weekly and monthly basis

Run ad-hoc and periodic deep-dive analysis on activities’ performance - Monthly and Quarterly

Level 1 approval for Co-Marketing activities in collaboration with the Country EMM's and APAC team

Run a streamlined reporting management system to help countries and market pace against the pipeline and WR objectives

Setting Country level Co-marketing targets for all APAC countries using past and current trends.

Ecosystem Operations and Innovation

Align investments and activities to strategic business priorities for APAC

Work closely with Finance and Ops team to ensure fund utilization (Growth programs 90+% Expense program 95%+)

Oversight on agency operations for Geo and market led campaigns to ensure timely payments and streamlined execution

Lead biweekly review meetings with country and market teams on performance and optimization

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Analytical skillsAbility to work with multiple stakeholdersPerformance Reporting Preferred technical and professional experience Enterprise Perfromance ManagementComfortable with Analytical tools and advanced excelStrong Communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management skills
