Job Description

As a growth-obsessed co-founder at SaralRaasta, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the global roll-out by leading the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and investing a significant amount from the pre-seed round. Your responsibilities will include owning revenue, partnerships, and marketing while contributing to strategic decisions and sharing in the equity upside. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and implementing GTM strategies across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. You will be tasked with developing a high-velocity funnel for acquiring clients in the 3PL, courier, and e-commerce sectors. Additionally, shaping the brand, managing demand generation, setting pricing strategies, and crafting compelling investor narratives will be part of your domain. Your role will also entail closing design-partner deals and scaling Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from a nascent stage to seven figures. To excel in this role, you are expected to bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and marketing, with a track record of securing six-figure deals. A strong network within the logistics and mobility sector, coupled with fundraising acumen, will be highly valuable. You should possess a data-driven and product-centric mindset, thriving in dynamic and unstructured environments. Additionally, the ability to invest a substantial sum from the pre-seed round or secure equivalent capital is essential.
