As part of our team at SaralRaasta, we are currently recruiting for a growth-obsessed co-founder to join us in our exciting journey. We are in the process of opening a pre-seed round of US $250k to accelerate our global roll-out, and we are looking for an individual who can lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and is willing to invest US $50-75k of that round, either independently or through their network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, establishing partnerships, and leading marketing efforts, all while contributing to strategic decision-making and sharing in the equity upside. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing the GTM strategy across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. You will be tasked with building a high-velocity funnel targeting third-party logistics (3PL), courier services, and e-commerce clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the brand, driving demand generation, setting pricing strategies, and crafting compelling narratives for investors. Your goal will be to secure design-partner deals and significantly scale our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from zero to seven figures. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) sales and marketing, with a track record of securing six-figure deal wins. You should possess a strong network within the logistics and mobility industry, as well as prior experience in fundraising. A data-driven and product-focused mindset is essential, as you will be operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Furthermore, you should be willing and able to invest US $50-75k in the company or have the capability to secure an equivalent amount of capital. In return for your contributions, you can expect to receive founding equity in the company along with a seat on the board of directors. Post-raise, you will be entitled to a competitive salary and will have the autonomy to build and lead your own growth team.
