Job Description

An early-stage AI SaaS venture is seeking a founding commercial partner to lead Go-to-Market, Sales, and Brand Strategy.


The AIGency


The product foundation is already live. Built by a founder with 25+ years across McKinsey, DBS, and VPBank, with deep expertise in AI, FinTech, and GTM strategy. A working MVP and pilot is in progress. The next milestone is traction and revenue.


Who this role is for:


  • Senior commercial operators with B2B SaaS GTM experience and strong enterprise contacts (MarTech or AdTech preferred)
  • Proven ability to take a product from zero to first revenue across positioning, sales, partnerships, and execution
  • Strong understanding of enterprise growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel architecture
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on discipline who can lead founder-led sales and early team building


This is a co-founder role

  • Equity and revenue share only until funding
  • No capital investment required
  • Full ownership of commercial and go-to-market execution
