You will ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components to meet the highest standards of performance and reliability, shaping the future of industrial robotics. - Lead the design and development of embedded systems for robotic applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing of embedded hardware components, including microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces. - Develop and optimize embedded software/firmware, ensuring efficient integration with hardware components and adherence to real-time performance requirements. - Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components, conducting rigorous testing and validation to meet design specifications. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in embedded systems and robotics to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into our products. - Build and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Contribute to the company's strategic direction, identifying new opportunities for product development and market expansion. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field. - Proven experience in embedded hardware and software engineering, with a focus on robotics or automation systems. Prior entrepreneurial experience or a strong desire to take on a co-founder role is highly desirable. - Expertise in embedded system design, including hardware schematics, PCB layout, and firmware development.
