We are building an innovative Food Tech platform designed to offer unique solutions for the Indian populace. As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a Co-Founder & Food Safety Consultant to join our leadership team. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine your expertise in food safety and compliance with the spirit of entrepreneurship, helping shape a high-impact food-tech venture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety protocols aligned with industry standards.
• Ensure full compliance with FSSAI guidelines, food law in India, and government regulations.
• Develop and implement SOPs for food handling, preparation, and delivery.
• Conduct internal audits, training, and quality assurance programs for food safety.
• Advise the leadership team on regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Actively contribute to strategic decisions as a core member of the founding team.
• Act as a strategic consultant for scaling operations while maintaining safety and compliance.

Who You Are:

• Strong background in food safety, hygiene, and compliance consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food law in India, and food industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in food safety audits, certifications, and consulting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to take on a co-founder role in a growing start-ups.
• Based in or open to collaborating with a team in West Bengal.
• Passion for safe, healthy, and hygienic food practices.
