As a Solution Consultant at Nokia, you will be instrumental in shaping the solution strategy and architecture. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with various teams to engage customers, understand their unique requirements, and drive innovative solutions that deliver value. By crafting compelling business cases, you will differentiate Nokia in the telecommunications market and focus on ensuring customer success by exceeding their business needs. Your contributions and learning opportunities will include collaborating with pre-sales, sales, commercial, and delivery teams to generate a strong pipeline supporting quota achievement. You will delve into understanding customer pain points, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business objectives to identify and qualify new opportunities. Emphasizing Nokia CNS value, you will demonstrate business benefits and return on investment effectively, while also working with alliance partners to enhance sales efforts. Key Skills and Experience: - 15+ years of telecommunications experience with a focus on CNS (Core & Application) domains. - Proven track record in designing and delivering complex solutions for telco and enterprise customers. - Strong domain knowledge in OSS, Mobile Voice/Data Core, AIOps, Security, and autonomous operations. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills. - Solid pre-sales background with end-to-end architecture experience. Desirable Skills: - Previous experience with XaaS business models. - Understanding of Machine Learning / AI platforms. - Familiarity with telco infrastructure, including assurance, service quality, inventory, and fulfillment solutions. - Proficiency in cloud-native architectures and automation frameworks.
