CNC VMC Supervisor

You should have experience in programming CNC and VMC machines, including reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC and VMC machines is essential. You must be able to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery. A strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and equipment is required. Additionally, you should possess supervisory skills to lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators. It is important to have thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for reporting and coordinating with other teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of CNC and VMC machinery, managing and supervising a team of machine operators, programming and setting up CNC/VMC machines for precise manufacturing, monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality, and conducting training sessions for machine operators. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining documentation for machine operations and maintenance.
