Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of CNC operators to meet production targets. Ensure proper setup and operation of CNC machines in line with engineering specifications. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Maintain adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate CNC operators performance. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule regular machine maintenance. Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently. Maintain production records and report on productivity, quality, and downtime. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Enforce company policies and promote a safe working environment.
