Job brief:

We are looking for a Fresher to join our manufacturing industry team. As a CNC Turning Lathe Operator, you will gain knowledge in operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform precision machining operations on various materials. You will primarily work with a CNC turning lathe, producing components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Scope of Work:

 Knowledge about operating CNC Turning machines.

 Knowledge about GD&T

 Knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments.

 Knowledge of machining processes (turning, taper turning, thread cutting, canned cycles, drilling, grooving etc.)

 Knowledge of cutting tools. (Turning insert, boring insert grooving insert, threading insert etc.)

 Basic understanding of blueprints and engineering drawings.

 Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on machines.

 Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

 Basic understanding of 5S.

 Ability to maintain accurate production records, including tracking materials and reporting any issues or discrepancies.

 Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions and tooling problems.

 Ability to work in all 3shifts. Requirements:
