Job brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMC Double Column Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of large VMC machines and the ability to operate double column VMC machines with precision and accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for setting critical components for various projects, including Aerospace, Aerospace tooling, oil & gas, and Nuclear projects.

Responsibilities:

 Operate double column VMC machines and large VMC machines to produce high-quality components.

 Set critical components for Aerospace, Aerospace tooling, oil & gas, and Nuclear projects.  Have knowledge of machining processes such as Milling, Drilling, Reaming, tapping, Fine boring, Thread milling, and Engraving.

 Familiarity with cutting tools, including Milling cutters, endmills, taps, reamers, and thread mills.

 Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.

 Use measuring tools and inspection techniques for large component inspections (First Principal Methods).

 Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines and equipment.

 Maintain attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

 Work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.  Have a basic understanding of 5S principles.

 Accurately maintain production records, tracking materials, and reporting any issues or discrepancies.

 Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and tooling problems.  Ability to work in all three shifts.

Requirements:

 ITI, Diploma, GTTC, NTTF or BE in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.  At least 3 years of experience operating large VMC machines, with a focus on double column VMC machines.  Strong knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools.  Familiarity with blueprints and engineering drawings.  Basic understanding of 5S principles.  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.  Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.  Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.  Ability to work in all three shifts. Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹35,662.44 per month
