Job Summary

Dobinsons Spring & Suspension is looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have experience in CNC machine setting, operating, tool offset handling, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (CNC Turning / VMC / Milling).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Select tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Perform job setup, offset correction, and tool changes.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain production logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Follow safety and machine maintenance practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of CNC operating/setting experience.
• Good knowledge of machining parameters (feeds & speeds).
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
• Experience with Fanuc (preferred).
• Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,439.23 - ₹26,367.23 per month
