CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

About the Role

COCO LENI is building India’s most premium eyewear atelier.
We are hiring CNC Programmers / CAD Designers and CNC Technicians who want to work on precision eyewear, not mass-production factory lines.

✔ For CNC Programmers / CAD Designers

– Create CAD models for frames, temples & components
– Convert CAD to CAM (toolpaths, offsets, strategy planning)– Optimize cutting speeds, feeds & finishing cycles– Program 3-axis / 4-axis CNC for acetate, horn, titanium– Work closely with the founder and design team

✔ For CNC Technicians / Machine Operators

– Operate CNC milling machines for acetate, horn, titanium
– Machine setup, calibration, tool changes– Maintain accuracy, tolerances & finish quality– Daily mechanical check-ups, lubrication & cleaning– Work with small-batch, high-precision production

Who Should Apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
