Key Responsibilities Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency Operate and maintain vertical machining centers to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications Conduct machine setups including tool changes fixture installations and program loading Supervise machines during execution and make necessary adjustments to improve results Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Operate and control VMC machines to perform machining tasks Load raw materials onto the machine and unload finished products About Company: JJ Industries is a prominent name in the manufacturing of plastic extrusion machinery, having successfully installed over 2100 machines worldwide in the last five decades.
