CNC Programmer

Job Summary

We are hiring a creative and skilled CNC Designer for our Gurgaon team. The designer will be responsible for developing new and innovative CNC designs for interior panels, jali patterns, wall décor, partitions, ceilings, and furniture elements. The candidate must have complete knowledge of CNC design workflow, materials, and machine compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create fresh CNC-ready designs (jali, wall panels, partitions, MDF patterns, furniture carvings, etc.).
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings and DXF files for CNC cutting.
• Work with software such as CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, ArtCAM, Fusion 360 or similar.
• Understand CNC cutting rules, tool limitations, and material behavior.
• Improve or modify designs based on production and client feedback.
• Coordinate with CNC operators to ensure correct and precise output.
• Optimize designs for clean finishing and efficient cutting.

Required Skills

• Strong creativity and design sense.
• Full knowledge of CNC design principles.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW / AutoCAD / ArtCAM / Fusion 360.
• Ability to produce machine-ready files (DXF, DWG).
• Understanding of materials like MDF, plywood, WPC, wood, acrylic, etc.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interior design, modular furniture, CNC paneling, or similar industry.
• Portfolio showcasing CNC design work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
