Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Program Knowledge & Controls Specialist responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs and control systems. This role will also serve as a key interface between Europe maintenance, and engineering teams by Remotely to ensure smooth and efficient Machine operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines (e.g., FANUC, Siemens).
Provide expert-level support for CNC control systems, including PLC interface and MES integration.
Standardize and document CNC programming practices, tool paths, and machining processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new machine commissioning, control upgrades, and integration with robotics/PLCs.
Perform troubleshooting of CNC-related control issues, cycle time improvements, and error diagnostics.
Maintain CNC program repository and revision control process.
Work closely with IT/OT teams on machine data acquisition and real-time monitoring solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Automation Engineering.
5+ years experience in CNC programming and control systems.
Proficient with G-code, NC code editors, DNC systems, and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX).
Hands-on experience with FANUC
30i/31i/32i
, Siemens 840D/828D.
Familiarity with PLC logic and industrial communication protocols (e.g., PROFINET, OPC UA, Modbus).
Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, digital twins, and MES connectivity is a plus.
