CNC OPERATOR & SETTER(siemens)

Job Title: CNC Operator – Operating & Setting Department: Production / Manufacturing Shift: 12 Hours Location: Pipodra , Surat Salary: Up to ₹27.000/month Job Summary: We are hiring a CNC Operator with hands-on experience in machine operating and basic setting (tool changing, zero setting, and job loading). The candidate should be capable of running production as per drawing specifications with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machine safely and efficiently. Do basic machine setting: tool offset, job setting, zero reference, and work offset. Load/unload components and fixtures as per cycle. Check part accuracy using vernier, micrometer, and gauges. Maintain production cycle time and report output. Conduct visual and dimensional inspection as per QC standards. Clean machine area and follow daily maintenance routine. Report abnormal sounds, vibrations, or breakdowns to maintenance/supervisor. Required Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Operating + Setting only). Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and follow work instructions. Familiar with basic control panels (FANUC, Siemens, etc.). Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle shifts.
