Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Punching Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC punching machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC punching machines (e.g., AMADA, TRUMPF) for sheet metal fabrication
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders
• Set up tools, dies, and punches according to job specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to optimize production efficiency
• Document production output and report any defects or issues.
