Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires technical expertise, quality focus, and adherence to safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, etc.
• Maintain production documentation and quality records.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CNC programs (G-code/FANUC preferred).
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
• Preferred Skills: Experience with FANUC controls.
• Basic understanding of tooling and cutting parameters for various materials (MS, SS, Aluminum).
• Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.

Salary: Rs. 12000 per month
