Job Description

Hiring Now: CNC Operator HAAS CNC Milling & Turning

skilled CNC Operator

Position:

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate HAAS CNC Milling & Turning machines.
Load raw material, mount and align cutting tools as per design.
Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision machining operations.
Interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documents.
Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain production & quality logs.
Maintain flexibility for shift or schedule changes as per business needs.

Desired Skill Set

Proficiency in CNC programming (HAAS Controller preferred).
Strong knowledge of machining principles and cutting tool applications.
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Familiarity with
CAD/CAM software
for program creation and editing.
Attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
Good communication and basic computer skills.

Education & Experience

Qualification:
Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical / Manufacturing / ITI (Machinist)
Experience:

4–6 years for ITI candidates
3–4 years for Diploma holders
